Ngondro Retreat

November 26-29, 2020

Online Course (zoom)

With this course, we want to support ngöndro practitioners of all traditions to find new inspiration and delve deeper into their practice. Everyone uses their own practice text. There will be teachings as well as times of group and individual practice. This retreat is led by Do Tulku Rinpoche with the support of Arne Schelling who is authorized as a Ngondro teacher by Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche. He is also available to answer questions from Ngöndro Gar practitioners.

This year we will mainly focus on the practices of Vajrasattva and Mandala. A prerequisite for this retreat is either the participation in a Ngöndro program (such as Ngöndro Gar , The Complete Path etc.) or at least one of the Highest Tantra initiations (eg Cakrasamvara, Hevajra, Kalacakra, etc.).

Important: The retreat will be conducted via zoom (you will receive the link upon registration). It begins on Thursday evening at 8 pm and ends on Sunday evening at 7:00 pm The participants have to participate in all sessions and also adhere to the designated times (adapted to the respective time zone) for their own practice at home. Since this is a retreat, we recommend planning in such a way that you are not much distracted by other worldly activities and that you have little or no need to leave the house. When registering, please let us know in which Ngondro practice you are engaged in right now.
