About the course
We are very happy to finally resume our program with one of the most famous and important meditation techniques of Buddhism. Do Tulku Rinpoche will teach us the Vipassana (insight meditation) of various vehicles and guide us in meditation. He will focus on contemplating the nature of phenomena and our own nature. Basic knowledge (and ideally some experience) in Shamatha meditation (meditation of calm relaxation) is required for this course. Two years ago we also ran a short online meditation program on Shamatha which is still available on our website. We recommend checking out this course before the Vipassana weekend (email us if you are interested and we will give you access). Due to the current situation, we only accept a very limited number of participants. We therefore recommend an early and binding registration.
The course language is English. The translation into German is only done if necessary (please let us know beforehand if you need a translation).
Fees: The course fees are on a donation basis and can either be transferred to our bank account or given in cash on site. Accommodation and meals are not included and must be booked separately (see below).
