Zoom seminar
About the course
With this course we would like to support Ngondro practitioners of all traditions in finding new inspiration and delving deeper into their practice. Everyone uses their own practical text. There will be instruction as well as phases of group and individual practice. This retreat is led by Do Tulku Rinpoche. Arne Schelling supports him in this. He was authorized as a Ngondro teacher by Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche and is available to answer questions from Ngondro Gar practitioners in particular.
This year we will mainly focus on the practices of Vajrasattva and Mandala. The prerequisite for participating in this retreat is either participation in a Ngöndro program (such as Ngöndro Gar , The Complete Path etc.) or at least one of the highest Tantra initiations (e.g. Cakrasamvara, Hevajra, Kalacakra etc.).
Important: This retreat takes place on Zoom (you will get the link after registration). It starts on Thursday evening at 8 p.m. and ends on Sunday evening at 7 p.m. The participants undertake to take part in all sessions and to adhere to the scheduled times (adapted to the relevant time zone) for their own practice at home. Since this is a retreat, we recommend planning in such a way that during this time you are as little distracted as possible by other worldly activities and that you have little or no need to leave the house. When registering, please also inform us about which Ngöndro practice you are currently practicing.
